Banco Finantia is one of the placing banks of the bond issue, named Greenvolt Green Bonds 2027, launched by Greenvolt \u2013 Energias Renov\u00e1veis, S.A., in the amount of \u20ac100 million.<\/p>\n

Greenvolt is carrying out an issue of Greenvolt Green Bonds 2027, with a unit nominal value of \u20ac500 and a fixed annual interest rate of 5.20%*, through the launch of a public subscription offer addressed to the public (\u201cOffer\u201d).<\/p>\n

Greenvolt Green Bonds 2027 are green bonds, as Greenvolt has committed to using the funds raised from the bond issue to finance and\/or refinance eligible green projects in accordance with Greenvolt\u2019s Green Bond Framework of October 2021, which is available on the Issuer\u2019s website (www.greenvolt.pt).<\/p>\n

You may subscribe to Greenvolt Green Bonds 2027 between 8:30 a.m. on November 2, 2022 and 3:00 p.m. on November 15, 2022.<\/p>\n

The subscription price per Greenvolt Green Bond 2027 is \u20ac500, with a minimum investment of \u20ac2,500 (corresponding to 5 Greenvolt Green Bonds 2027).<\/p>\n

This issue is organised by Millennium BCP and Caixa BI \u2013 Banco de Investimento, S.A., and the placing banks, in addition to Banco Finantia, are ActivoBank, EuroBIC, Millennium bcp, BIG, Banco Carregosa, Bankinter, Banco BEST, CaixaBI, CCCAM, Banco Montepio, CGD and novobanco.<\/p>\n

All will distribute the Greenvolt Green Bonds 2027.<\/p>\n

We hereby inform that Greenvolt \u2013 Energias Renov\u00e1veis, S.A. (\u201cGreenvolt\u201d and\/or the \u201cIssuer\u201d) decided on November 9, 2022 to increase the maximum number of bonds representing the bond loan entitled \u201cGreenvolt Green Bonds 2022\u20132027\u201d (\u201cGreenvolt Green Bonds 2027\u201d), referred to in the prospectus for the public subscription offer and admission to trading on the regulated market Euronext Lisbon, managed by Euronext Lisbon \u2013 Sociedade Gestora de Mercados Regulamentados, S.A., relating to the said bond loan, approved and published by the Comiss\u00e3o do Mercado de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (\u201cCMVM\u201d) on October 25, 2022 (the \u201cProspectus\u201d), to up to 300,000 bonds and, consequently, to increase the corresponding total nominal value to up to \u20ac150,000,000.<\/p>\n
