{"id":7228,"date":"2021-11-11T09:00:04","date_gmt":"2021-11-11T09:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/213.146.202.110\/?p=7228"},"modified":"2026-06-08T09:17:07","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T09:17:07","slug":"mota-engil-launches-sustainability-linked-bond-issue-placed-by-banco-finantia-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.finantia.com\/en\/2021\/11\/11\/mota-engil-launches-sustainability-linked-bond-issue-placed-by-banco-finantia-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Mota-Engil launches sustainability-linked bond issue placed by Banco Finantia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;font-size: 15px\"><em>Campaign ended on November 26, 2021<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Banco Finantia is one of the placing banks of the bond issue entitled Mota-Engil Sustainability-Linked Bonds 2021\/2026 (\u201cMota-Engil Bonds 2026\u201d), launched by Mota-Engil, in the amount of \u20ac75 million.<\/p>\n<p>This transaction offers investors the opportunity to subscribe to Mota-Engil Bonds 2021\/2026, with a unit nominal value of \u20ac500 and a fixed annual interest rate of 4.25%**, through the Public Subscription Offer (OPS) and\/or, if they are holders of Mota-Engil Bonds 2022* and\/or Mota-Engil Bonds 2023*, through the Public Exchange Offers (OPTs).<\/p>\n<p>The OPS and OPTs period (the \u201cOffers\u201d) runs between November 15, 2021 and November 26, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Mota-Engil Bonds 2021\/26 have a 5-year maturity, with each Mota-Engil Bond 2026, with a unit nominal value of \u20ac500, being repaid at its nominal value in two instalments: \u20ac250 on December 2, 2025 and \u20ac250 on December 2, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The Mota-Engil Bonds 2026 to be issued to meet subscription and\/or exchange orders will have an initial aggregate nominal value of up to \u20ac75,000,000. This issue is organised by Banco Finantia, S.A., Caixa \u2013 Banco de Investimento, S.A., Haitong Bank, S.A. and Novo Banco, S.A., and the placing banks, in addition to Banco Finantia, are CaixaBI, Banco Best, Cr\u00e9dito Agr\u00edcola, ActivoBank, Banco Carregosa, BiG, Bankinter, CGD, Banco Eurobic, Millennium BCP and Novo Banco. <\/p>\n<p>All will distribute the Mota-Engil Bonds 2021\/26. Admission to trading on Euronext Lisbon is planned.
