Therefore, should you need to contact us, we recommend that you do so in accordance with the guidelines of the Directorate-General of Health: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please prioritise the use of digital or telephone channels to contact your Personal Banker or, alternatively, Banco Finantia\u2019s Central Customer Service;<\/li>\n<li>You may check balances and initiate transfers securely and conveniently through the FinantiaNet Homebanking service. If you do not yet have an active registration, please contact us.
