{"id":7316,"date":"2018-12-12T09:00:07","date_gmt":"2018-12-12T09:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/213.146.202.110\/?p=7316"},"modified":"2026-08-11T10:45:01","modified_gmt":"2026-08-11T10:45:01","slug":"study-reveals-high-customer-satisfaction-among-banco-finantias-portuguese-clients","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.finantia.com\/en\/2018\/12\/12\/study-reveals-high-customer-satisfaction-among-banco-finantias-portuguese-clients\/","title":{"rendered":"Study reveals high customer satisfaction among Banco Finantia\u2019s Portuguese clients"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, another online market survey was conducted among Banco Finantia\u2019s clients in Portugal by the UK-based company Mmarketsolutions, based on approximately 1,029 customer responses.<\/p>\n<p>The main results showed that 98% of respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with the Bank\u2019s services and, compared with competitors, 55% considered our services to be better.<\/p>\n<p>The main reasons for this success are not only <strong>competitive rates<\/strong> (81%), but also <strong>reputational factors<\/strong> (Banco Finantia brand tracking throughout the year and the Bank\u2019s financial strength) and <strong>ease-of-use factors<\/strong> (responsiveness in resolving issues\/queries and less bureaucracy than the average), all of which were mentioned by more than 25% of respondents. 20% stated that the Bank\u2019s reputation for being solid and secure influenced their decision.
