Banco Finantia recruits Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen the Marketing Department of Banco Finantia:
Main responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage the digital communication strategy across various platforms, focusing on paid media, product promotion, and lead generation;
- Manage and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns, ensuring ROI maximisation;
- Develop CRO strategies, implementing A/B tests, managing remarketing and retargeting strategies, and monitoring the customer journey to improve conversion rates and user engagement;
- Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical and content improvements on the website and other platforms;
- Analyse the performance of digital platforms and campaigns and create performance reports, providing insights and optimisation suggestions;
- Collaborate with development teams to improve user experience (UX) on the website and digital platforms;
- Explore and implement AI tools for marketing process automation and optimisation;
- Assist in planning and executing a digital transformation project for the institution, exploring AI to enhance internal processes;
- Keep up with digital marketing and AI trends, proposing the implementation of new practices and technologies that could benefit the institution.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on paid campaign management, SEO, and content optimisation (agency experience is valued);
- Proficiency in working with Google platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio), LinkedIn, and Instagram;
- Proven experience in technical and content SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), and remarketing and retargeting strategies;
- Strong data analysis skills and experience in creating detailed reports using analytics tools;
- Interest in and experience with Artificial Intelligence, with the ability to use AI tools for data analysis, process automation, and campaign personalisation;
- Knowledge of Spanish (preferred);
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills, and well as a strong sense of responsibility.
