Banco Finantia is looking for a Human Resources Technician
We are looking for a Human Resources Technician to strengthen the Human Resources Department of Banco Finantia.
Main Responsibilities

Ensure the execution of the monthly salary processing, making the necessary calculations and the preparation of charts and reports;

Control absenteeism, holidays and overtime, in accordance with labour legislation and the established internal rules;

Ensure administrative procedures and legal obligations related to employees, at all stages of their relationship with Banco Finantia Group;

Ensure compliance with legal and reporting obligations related to Human Resources, namely with Social Security, Tax Authority, among others;
-
Monitor the implementation of the Training Plan, ensuring the quality of the actions and compliance with the deadlines set;

Ensure the statistical processing for the calculation of Human Resources indicators, as well as to ensure the preparation of internal and external reports.
Desired profile:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar;

1-2 years experience in a similar role;

Knowledge of Labour Legislation (preferential);
