Banco Finantia is looking for a Human Resources Technician

We are looking for a Human Resources Technician to strengthen the Human Resources Department of Banco Finantia.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the execution of the monthly salary processing, making the necessary calculations and the preparation of charts and reports;

  • Control absenteeism, holidays and overtime, in accordance with labour legislation and the established internal rules;

  • Ensure administrative procedures and legal obligations related to employees, at all stages of their relationship with Banco Finantia Group;

  • Ensure compliance with legal and reporting obligations related to Human Resources, namely with Social Security, Tax Authority, among others;

  • Monitor the implementation of the Training Plan, ensuring the quality of the actions and compliance with the deadlines set;

  • Ensure the statistical processing for the calculation of Human Resources indicators, as well as to ensure the preparation of internal and external reports.

Desired profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar;

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role;

  • Knowledge of Labour Legislation (preferential);

  • Empathy and good communication skills;

  • Teamwork;

  • Planning and Organisation;

  • Problem Solving;

  • Adaptation Capacity;

  • Intellectual Curiosity and Continuous Learning.
