  • Providing technical guidance to business and operational units on AML, sanctions and regulatory compliance requirements;
  • Preparing internal and regulatory reporting, responses to supervisory authorities, auditors and other control functions;
  • Coordinating and documenting AML governance activities, including the preparation of meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and automation of AML processes through the use of innovative technologies and artificial intelligence solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate;
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the Bank’s financial crime prevention framework and support strategic compliance initiatives.

Profile

  • Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Audit, Information Systems or another relevant field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Financial Crime Prevention, Risk Management, or related functions, preferably within the financial sector;
  • Good understanding of AML, CTF, sanctions and broader regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions;
  • Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and support their implementation through internal policies, procedures and controls;
  • Experience in process analysis, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives, including participation in automation or digital transformation projects;
  • Interest in emerging technologies and artificial intelligence solutions applied to compliance and AML processes;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams;
