Banco Finantia is one of the placing banks for the bond issue launched by SIC, with a total amount of €30 million. This transaction offers investors an interest rate of 4.5% and has a maturity of three years.
This public bond subscription offer started on 12 June and will run until 4 July. The purpose of the transaction is to diversify Impresa’s sources of financing and to extend the average maturity of its debt.
The initial amount of €30 million may be increased until 28 June if necessary. This issue is arranged by Novo Banco and CaixaBI and has, in addition to Banco Finantia, ActivoBank, Banco Best, Banco Carregosa, BiG, Bankinter, CaixaBI, CGD, Millennium bcp, Montepio and Novo Banco as placing banks. All will distribute the SIC Bonds 2019–2022. Admission to trading on Euronext Lisbon is planned for up to 1 million bonds, with a unit nominal value of €30. The minimum investment amount is €1,500.
