Ensure the reliability and performance of critical network and telecommunications infrastructures

Network management is about much more than maintaining connectivity. It is about ensuring the availability, security and efficiency of technological infrastructures that support the Bank’s operations, while continuously seeking improvements that enhance service quality and operational resilience.

We are looking for a Network & Telecommunications Administrator to play an active role in the management, monitoring and optimization of the Group’s network and telecommunications infrastructures, ensuring the continuity of critical services and the effective support of the Bank’s technological operations.

You will bring strong technical expertise, analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities, the prevention of incidents and the continuous enhancement of network performance and telecommunications services.

 

Your impact

You will operate at the core of the Bank’s network and telecommunications environment, contributing to:

  • The administration and maintenance of LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi networks, ensuring high levels of availability, security and performance;
  • The continuous monitoring of network infrastructures, proactively identifying connectivity issues and ensuring their timely resolution;
  • The analysis of logs, alerts and performance metrics to prevent failures and optimize infrastructure efficiency;
  • The management and support of VoIP and call recording solutions, ensuring their reliability and operational effectiveness;
  • The creation, configuration and maintenance of telephone extensions and user profiles;
  • The implementation and monitoring of quality of service (QoS) standards for voice and video communications;
  • The evaluation of new technologies and the identification of opportunities to improve and modernize network infrastructures;
  • Participation in the review and evolution of network architecture, ensuring alignment with business and technological requirements;
  • The preparation and maintenance of network documentation, including topologies, procedures and operational standards;
  • The development of capacity planning and network expansion initiatives;
  • Collaboration with suppliers and telecommunications operators to ensure service quality and compliance with agreed service levels;
  • The continuous improvement of processes, controls and operational practices, promoting greater efficiency, resilience and service quality.

Perfil

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networks or a related field;
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in network administration and telecommunications;
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting network and telecommunications environments;
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, STP, VRRP and QoS;
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification (preferred);
  • Experience with Cisco equipment and network monitoring tools;
  • Knowledge of VoIP solutions and call recording systems;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of Spanish (preferred);
  • Strong organizational, planning and teamwork skills;
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinking and attention to detail.
