Strengthen the security and resilience of the Bank’s technology environment

Vulnerability management is about much more than identifying technical weaknesses. It is about assessing risk, defining priorities and ensuring that corrective actions are effectively implemented and monitored through to resolution.

We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to take an active role in the integrated management of security vulnerabilities across the Bank’s ICT assets, helping to reduce operational and cybersecurity risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will combine strong systems administration expertise with an analytical and risk-based approach, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external providers to strengthen security controls and promote continuous improvement.

Your impact

You will contribute directly to the security and resilience of the Bank’s technology environment through:

• The monitoring and analysis of vulnerabilities identified through Rapid7, penetration testing, security audits and other risk assessment sources;
• The assessment of the criticality, impact and urgency of identified vulnerabilities, setting remediation priorities in line with established risk levels;
• The implementation, coordination and follow-up of corrective measures with Systems, Networks and Applications teams, as well as external providers;
• The hardening of Windows Server and Linux environments and the continuous improvement of system security baselines;
• The management and enhancement of security controls across Active Directory, Group Policies, Certification Authorities, SCCM and Intune;
• The monitoring of remediation progress through to closure, ensuring clear documentation, traceability and effective risk reduction;
• The continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes, controls and reporting, supporting compliance with ISO 27001 and DORA requirements.
