We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to play a key role in leading financial advisory activities, supporting high-impact transactions and driving business development initiatives.
You will bring strong expertise, origination and leadership, acting as a bridge between strategy, execution and client relationships.
Your impact
You will operate at the core of corporate finance activities, contributing to:
- The definition and optimization of organisational processes, supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making;
- The coordination and development of team activities, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and high performance;
- The implementation of internal policies, with a strong focus on cost control and achievement of business objectives;
- The preparation and monitoring of activity plans and budgets, proposing corrective measures when needed;
- The origination of new projects and development of new business opportunities, supporting client acquisition and relationship management;
- The management of a client portfolio, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust;
- The structuring, analysis and negotiation of Corporate Finance transactions (including M&A, restructuring and valuation);
- The coordination of commercial proposals and oversight of legal documentation processes.
What you bring
- Degree in Management or Economics, with a completed Master’s degree (preferably in Finance);
- +7 years of experience in Corporate Finance/Transaction Services ideally within Banking, Big 4 or M&A boutiques;
- Proven experience in team leadership and coordination (5+ years);
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and investment evaluation;
- Experience in financial modelling;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset;
- High level of autonomy, proactivity and dynamism;
- Availability to travel.
