We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our Human Resources team and contribute to a broad range of people initiatives that support the Bank’s strategic objectives and employee experience.
This is an opportunity to be involved in both operational and transformational projects, including a strategic migration to SAP, while working closely with employees and stakeholders across the Group.
Your impact
You will play an active role in shaping and supporting key people processes, contributing to:

The development and implementation of training and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities;

The execution and continuous improvement of recruitment, performance management and career development processes;

The enhancement of employee engagement, collaboration and team spirit across the organisation;

The delivery of accurate HR reporting and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements;
-
The implementation of compensation and benefits practices that support employee attraction and retention;
-
The successful migration to SAP, collaborating with multiple stakeholders in process definition, testing and implementation activities;

The continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and employee experience initiatives.
What you bring

Degree or Master’s in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field;

More than 2 years of experience in a generalist Human Resources role;

Solid knowledge of training management, recruitment, performance management, career development and talent practices;

Understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks;
-
Good command of English and Spanish;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
-
Ability to design, improve and implement people-related processes and programmes;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation;

High levels of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality;

A proactive mindset, combining problem-solving ability, resilience and results orientation.
