Senior System Administrator
We are looking for a Help Desk Team Leader to strengthen Banco Finantia's Systems & Telecommunications Department:
Main responsibilities:

Systems and Infrastructure Administration: Manage Windows and Linux systems, ensuring their installation, configuration, updates, and hardening, including the management of virtualized environments (VMware and/or Hyper-V), guaranteeing the overall availability, reliability, and performance of systems.

Identity and Security Management (AD / GPO / CA): Manage Active Directory (accounts, groups, and GPOs), certificate infrastructure (CA/PKI), and the implementation of access control policies, ensuring traceability and control of privileged accounts.

Information Security and Compliance:Ensure the implementation of information security policies and standards through appropriate technical controls, support audits and vulnerability assessments, and continuously mitigate risks.

Backup and Recovery:Ensure data and system backup, integrity, monitoring, and recovery to guarantee business continuity in case of failure.

Firewall Administration (Check Point): Manage and monitor network security through firewall configuration, ensuring traffic control and prevention of unauthorized access.

Database Administration: Install, configure, and manage database instances, ensuring proper operation and resource monitoring (CPU, memory, and disk).

Continuous Improvement and Projects: Participate in technological evolution initiatives, proposing improvements in performance, security, and efficiency, supporting infrastructure migrations and upgrades, and ensuring proper documentation.
Desired profile:
-
Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles;

Experience with Windows Server and Linux system administration;

Experience in Active Directory management (GPOs, CA);
-
Experience with SCCM and/or Intune;
-
Experience with virtualization technologies, namely VMware and/or Hyper-V;
-
Experience with backup solutions, particularly Veeam;
-
Experience with endpoint and server security solutions;
-
Skills in system hardening and vulnerability management;

Knowledge of networking (routing & switching);
-
Knowledge of firewalls (Check Point);
-
Knowledge of SQL Server database administration;
-
Fluency in English (spoken and written);
-
Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
