Banco Finantia is recruitin a Marketing and Digital Specialist
We are recruinting a Marketing and Digital Specialist to join Banco Finantia’s Marketing Department:
Main responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage the digital communication strategy across multiple platforms, including paid media, product promotion, and lead generation;
- Measure and analyse KPIs to optimise performance in line with marketing objectives;
- Manage and maintain the Banco Finantia website, landing pages, and other digital platforms;
- Oversee the content plan for LinkedIn and Instagram, creating materials that enhance brand awareness and reputation;
- Develop and adapt design assets for digital campaigns, commercial documents, and customer communications (including email marketing);
- Prepare and update contractual documentation, such as product sheets, forms, and contracts;
- Conduct market and competitor research relevant to the business;
- Coordinate the relationship with external agencies and partners;
- Interacting with international subsidiaries on a regular basis to ensure access to information and the alignment of risk control procedures with those of the Group;
- Ensure the management of marketing operational processes, providing support to other business areas, agencies, and international offices.
Desired profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Marketing roles with a strong digital component;
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, including managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, analysing metrics and KPIs, and using Google tools such as Looker Studio, GA4, and Tag Manager;
- Ability to create content for multiple channels (corporate website, social media, presentations, email marketing, etc.), following best SEO practices;
- Skills in design and graphic materials creation, with proficiency in Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
- Knowledge of back-office content management (WordPress) and LinkedIn;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- High level of organisation, autonomy, and responsibility;
- Experience in the financial sector or in regulated environments (preferred);
- Good command of English and Spanish (preferred);
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools (preferred).
