Banco Finantia acted as exclusive financial advisor to SunEnergy, a leading player in the installation of renewables solutions and sustainable mobility, on the disposal of a 70% stake to Grupo Sorigué.
Founded in 1954, the Sorigué group has several business areas such as construction, engineering or technology, having entered the renewable energy sector in 2021, with the acquisition of the spanish company Ecotelia. The acquisition of the portuguese company, besides the commitment to solar energy, allows the group to enter the sustainable mobility sector, through the installation and operation of charging stations for electric vehicles.
